The background has already been made I am afraid. It is usually made several days post announcement, so that its ready for when the deadline is due. When we set up the event the background goes to 1 of 2 artists that we use.

The events held by the TGS DA group background creators are chosen. If you want to make an event background that isn't the same theme but is your own idea you can make it for the event by member folder
