I'm studying Cartoon and Comic Arts, it's really fun We learn about character design, how to make comics, inking, animation, and lots of useful digital and traditional techniques. It's a really new course, it's only been going a few years, but it's really good. It suits me perfectly because I love making comics and creating characters. And ah I see, any idea what you'd like to do after that?

Yeah, ever since I was little I've always loved drawing and making stories and comics. It's fortunate that the only uni that does this course in the country is only a short distance from me, so it's easy to commute to. Didn't feel ready to move out from home yet and live there, I'm planning to move out when I finish, when I've saved some money up. Plus it would just be more stress and hassle doing it whilst trying to study. As for being undecided, you've got time to think about it. I know schools push people into choosing something, but honestly sometimes it just takes trial and error to find what you really want to do. Just because you study one thing at one time doesn't mean you can't pursue another thing later on. I'd say do plenty of research into your options and have a good think about it. Sometimes life pushes us in the right direction. I was originally studying sciences for my A levels but I didn't do as well as I'd hoped (certainly not good enough to study it at uni), so art was something to fall back on. Now I feel like I'm definitely doing the right thing and like to think that fate steered me towards it. So don't worry, you'll find what's right for you

Same here! I remember in kindergarden all I would do is sit at the table and practise drawing hearts lol Ah I see, makes sense. That's great for you though For me I think my mom is practically kicking me out of the house all ready lol and ya, I've heard that a lot. It's actually my dad who is stresssing me out more then anything asking me to make a decision.

Yeah And parents can add a lot of pressure, whether they realise it or not, but make sure the decision comes from you and not them. Just give it plenty of thought like I said, write down things that appeal to you and look into them. You'll probably be able to use the process of elimination after. Don't let anyone push you into anything you don't want to do for the sake of making a decision
