Awww, poor thing. It's good she had a friend like Yin around
Njeela doesn't like having her fangs messed with, usually. But she tolerates it when she needs to have them removed for whatever reason. They'll grow back anyway

She'd be more than willing to give him a free sample.....y'know by biting him so hard that he'll sweat venom. But Dr Cloud won't let her do that because "it's inhumane"

The force field bubble caught her completely by surprise! "Useless?!" She hissed. Who did this clown think he was? She was a proud, highly trained X'lorian General! She struck the field with one clenched fist, and grunted upon impact. Oh, the things she would love to do to this guy when she got out of this bubble...hang on a second, was she seeing things or was this guy a fish? The General squinted at him for a moment and at once, she ceased struggling. "Vhere are you taking us?" She inquired with an undertone of hostility.

At once, the General let out a snort and dropped her tail down to the ground with a soft thud. "Zhank you, you are too kind...." She replied dryly. Oh, come now! This drab little broom closet this guy called a room wasn't nearly enough space for her. But then, considering she was a prisoner, that was kind of the point. She watched her captor leave the room before she immediately snapped her attention back to the Reem. "You are sorry?" She questioned, emphasizing the first word. "Did you see how fast I charge ahead? Really, it's my fault, comrade." She added. How was she supposed to know this fellow had force fields? She would have if she had just been a little smarter in her attack. Next time, she wouldn't be so careless.

The General furrowed her eyebrows in sympathy. Of course, she felt sorry for Amaril, but she wasn't exactly the best person for comfort. "Ohh...I such sorry for you." She said, giving a pat to his shoulder. There were definitely times where she was completely unaware of how her tone came across, but she hoped it was well meaning enough. As soon as she heard the footsteps, she lifted her head, standing at perfect attention. She seemed to be studying the robot for any weak points. Any sort of defect that she could exploit, but she couldn't find any such thing. "I am X'lorian. But, of course you vouldn't know dat...." She told the bot. "Vhat is your purpose?" She questioned casting her eyes at him. "How long vill I be staying? I am overdue for appointment, and comrade doctor is very particular about dat."

Njeela gave a bit of a scoff, and actually did as she was told for once. Really, she was simply biding her time until she could figure out their escape. The least she could do was comply as reasonably as she could until then. "Vill you let me call you Rrrust-Bucket?" She jested, grinning smugly.

At once, the General let out a shrill hiss, and tried to struggle. She grunted and strained herself against the force field, but to no avail. "Hah!" She scoffed. "Comrade Robot, be reasonable. You vouldn't take venom from lady, vithout asking. Is impolite."

Without warning, the General spat a dose of her venom directly into his face. Technically speaking, she WAS obeying the robot, and did exactly what he asked.

Njeela looked down at the reem for a moment, and at once she started to feel an odd and familiar sense of dread swell up in her chest, but she did her best to ignore it, and down on the bed she went. Arguing with this infernal machine would clearly get her nowhere.

Njeela had gone quiet after that ordeal. No snark, no protest, just pure silence. She could feel her body lock up significantly and threaten to buckle under the rising pressure. In the back of her mind she could hear a faint whirring of saw blades and she felt an all too familiar pang in her bones. She shook her head in an attempt to snap out of it but only succeeded in making her nausea even worse.

"I.....I'm alright." Replied Njeela unsteadily. Now that was bizarre! It was like....like being on the home world all over again. But that just couldn't be possible. Still, she couldn't deny how familiar it felt to be aware of everything going on and being unable to react. "Now, ve find a vay out, yes?" She whispered

"Odds are against us..." Nodded Njeela. She tapped one claw against her muzzle in thought. There didn't really seem to be anything she could do, actually. She needed a plan. "Perhaps ve do a little sabotage?" She inquired, mostly thinking out loud.

"You'd be surprised. Is mostly for temperature regulation, usually." She replied. At once, her tone shifted as soon as they found the bug. So they were listening in, were they? She mouthed something along the lines of the two of them needing some kind of code talk. Or she could always use her native language. Given how little X'lorian travel, she thought it would be very unlikely their captors spoke her language. But then again, she didn't think Amaril did either.

She nodded briefly, curling up in her tail. She wasn't exactly built for this kind of bed. In fact she would much prefer to have her heated bed rock back. It looked like she would just have to settle for vibrating her scales. She looked at the Reem intently, as if asking what he had in mind

"I'm here, comrade." Announced Njeela. Judging from the sound of her voice, she didn't seem to be that far away. Her keen eyes scanned the area for any sign of the Reem. The sensory tentacles on her head rose and wiggled for a moment, and she locked onto his position. "I'll be right zhere."

"Of course ve can!" Scoffed Njeela. "Vhy vouldn't I?" She chuckled, curling her tail in amusement. At the mention of a guard falling asleep at his post, she then raised one sensory tentacle. "I can't feel anyone else around,"

Njeela tapped her muzzle thoughtfully, and began her pacing to and fro. So there were cameras all over this place? She wondered what else they had this place rigged with. Pressure sensitivity? Magnetic locks? "So many cameras around.....zhey are bound to have blind spot some place...." She mumbled to herself. Every facility she had ever seen in her lifetime, no matter how advanced it was, had at least one flaw in its system. "I am not vorried about veaponized robots. I have engaged zhings many times bigger and stronger."

She looked down. "Vhy?" She questioned. Here they were discussing security, and now out of the blue he's asking her about how long she can hold her breath for? Why on X'lor would he be doing that unless....she was gonna have to in order for them to get out of here.

Just imagining the shock on that bucket of boltsβor whatever equivalent he hadβwas enough to make her as giddy as a teenager setting up the mother of all pranks on the nosy principal.
