# About me

I have been extremely blessed in that anything I wanted I was able to pursue and was encouraged to do so. I have always drawn, painted and created but never had any idea of where I would go with it or where it I would take me. It has only been rather recently that I taken stock of how far art has taken me. I have been able to go from a student of art to a teacher, art has allowed me to see the world and it has helped me grow in ways I never thought I would.   

I feel my work as of now is in a state of flux, as I am constantly exposed to new people, experiences and myself. The themes in my work ranges from social issues to emotions and memories. My focus is mainly 2D, areas like drawing, illustrating and painting are all great passions of mine however, I don’t want to be limited by a discipline. Instead of focusing just on material and media, I try to focus on what getting my idea across in a clear concise manner. As of right now I am exploring the ideas around relationships, the connection we make with one another and the world around us.
