random question, when you pick your colours do u colour pick them from the photo or do u create your own pallettes from scratch?

it's a mixture of both. i'm searching some basic colours from the original to get some base colours and then I pick shadings on my own. I like more reddish shadows better than the more natural brown-greyish ones. I have one document with different shading sets
