Yeah, that's right. I started writing a story about her a while back but never finished it. When I saw that WunderChivo was asking for stretchy girls to include in a group picture I couldn't resist putting her forward. He's stuck to her design pretty closely except that because it's a snow scene he changed the glove colours from white to green and added the jacket.

Well that's mostly what she is. She's made up of gold and rubber (why she's yellow) and possesses some pretty high end elasticity and malleability.

Making people mad is usually pointless. And yes, Kuzunoha-san is enchanting! When she posts new pictures I've had to start using an online thesaurus to find new complimentary terms otherwise I'd be saying the same thing over and over again!

Elins english is limited anyway, She usually thanks everyone the same way unless it requires a more involved answer. Try adding emotocons to your e-mails like me she seems to like that!
BTW: My new profession is Property Inspector which makes me travel ALOT! Its a dream come true but come late, I'm 50 now and i've got to hustle like i'm 25! File reports, etc..., So i may not answer your mails right away! So don't worry i'm not ignoring you! I also get to travel to Military post around the world(but i have the option of turning down some places like the Middle East, WAAAAY too hot action going on over there! ) My point is i just may be able to imitate you, I could get to go to Japan at last next year if they give me the go sign! Would have gone this year but all the Typhoons and weather in the Pacific put an end to that. Strange after 30 years of trying i had to change jobs to make it happen, though i've been trying to get some kind of Goverment job for years! I've alerted Elin-chan, She said she'd like to meet me though it would likely be very brief, maybe at one of Japan's airports, These trips are BUISNESS!! Uncle Sam foots the bill so no tramping about far from designated post ergo.. DO NOT GET LOST OR ITS YOUR ASS!! (and my job! Eekk!)

HER reponding to YOUR replies yes, She doesn't go into much details unless its neccessary and she doesn't allways come in clear, You have to "exstrapolate(hope i spelled that right) what she says, but i'm sure shes gratefully for whatever praise YOU can give her! I've noticed that. I think the longest conversation I had when I was making a joke about her phoning for a pizza in one of her photographs! She asked "Why do you adhere to pizza?". I really need to take a better stab at learning Japanese! I started a while back but I really should get back into it. She always seems grateful for praise though, it's good she replies to every response. Poor girl must get loads, no wonder I have to wait a day or two to hear back!
And a few weirdos bothering her, I've seen a few uncomfortable comments on her photographs.
Sounds like sod's law has plenty of opportunities to strike you in your job, good luck!

I remember that joke, You must remember what you say in English(especially in humor)doesn't allways translate the same in Japanese. Thats why i try to make my jokes simple, Something she can understand, If you see how i write to her these days i use more or less "Pidgeon English" to help her understand. I'm sure she uses Google Translate or something to translate her e-mail, Yeah theres a lot of jerks that come across her site, Some NEED to be kicked out! I won't name names but ONE guy with glasses is a sicko and she does the smart thing by not answering him most of the time(she probably doesn't understand what hes saying most of the time anyway!) and another frequent mailer is in for some serious dissappointment professing his love for her cause if he thinks he can hunt her down in Japans MANY MILLIONS of women he can forget it! Shes a patient and polite gal that Elin. Others i've warned her about myself, She thanked me but shes an adult and not naieve! She can DEFINETLY take care of herself! (know what i mean? ) She'll be allright, and yeah my job can be a crapshoot sometimes, but theres plenty of work for all during the on seasons! Thanks again and don't be a stranger!

Yeah, it's so easy to forget that English is not her first language. A lot of the time she seems so good at it while others, not so much. A waitress I met in the Tokyo Hard Rock cafe claimed she wasn't very good at speaking English, but she was pretty good at it.
I see so many daft comments o he works, and who is it that's adding her pictures to that 'Kurse of Karnage' (the one with the guillotine on it's stamp) page? There's even one guy who's stared calling her 'His Boo' or just 'Boo'! Giving her a pet ams like that is just plain creepy. I think you're right about not being able to find Kuzunoha-san (I don't think I'm quite at calling her Elin yet, respecting her culture and all) in Japan. I was in Tokyo and for all I know, I may very well have passed her in the street and not noticed!
Of course she's not naive and it seems she's canny enough to avoid the particularly creepy visitors she gets. I've seen a video on YouTube of her doing a kick, so I know she can take care of herself!

Indeed making her mad is the LAST thing you'll do on this Earth! Yeah we're talking about the same jerk, the "Boo" guy! She doesn't reply to his nonsense much if at all, She has the advantage, she doesn't have to bother with him or anyone that annoys her, distance and speaking a different language has its perks! I haven't seen this Kurse of Karnage character. I saw the vids shes left of her in action, would have downloaded them but the misses might get the WRONG idea! My lady has seen the pics of her, as a Martial Artist herself shes "entertained" the thought of challenging Elin! (Yipe! Makes me GLAD i can't take anyone on my trips! I'd never get her out of Japan without her trying to pick a fight with Elin! ) BTW: I call her Elin, "Elin-chan" or "Chun-Li chan" all the time, She doesn't seem to mind and she SAID herself she likes being called Chun-Li!

What martial arts does your wife practice? Elin seems very skilled at her own ones, she's told she me she trains everyday (well, a good martial artist should!)

Forget them! they're NO threat to her! and theres no finding her in the most populous city(Tokyo) on Earth without her help! (Yeah, like shes THAT stupid? I don't think so!) to answer your other question my wife is skilled in Gojin(Japanese Kung-Fu like Hong Kong action starlet Yukari Oshima!) Korean Ty-Kwon-Do and JuJitsu with Judo as well, Shes skilled in Martial Art weopons(her fave the Nunchuks natch!) Sufice it to say: DO NOT PISS HER OFF!!! Time and three children haven't slowed her down much!

Yeah i saw them, leave him be, or as a wise wiseguy often says: "Furgeeettt about it!" His attempts to woo her are sad, probably the only love he'll ever get, Elin does answer him sometimes. but i credit her with more sense, and don't be fooled! Her male friends she likes to show off on her site are probably MORE than "friends!" Ha!

Truth! Shes too pretty to ignore, and in my past experience with Japanese women, They won't usually admit
they're male friends are their REAL boyfriends unless its totally obvious! Unless Elin "prefers" women(in which case its none of our buisness!)But like a lot of women they have their own "stable of boy-toys" they like to keep handy and perhaps make that FINAL choice! Something i thought about recently after my 51 birthday back in July, Elin is getting older as we all are, for women they feel it more keenly ESPECIALLY the women of Asia! Times coming to settle down if she has a mind for that, If she gets serious with someone in the future she won't be chatting so much with us, She'll have to pay more attention to her significant other and we have to accept that! Untill then WE still have her to enchant us with her Chun-Li and other cosplays....Yes.

They're really like that? It's interesting how cultures and behaviours differ from country to country. I remember in a 'Living in Japan' book I have, there's a page full of advice for dating Japanese women and explains stuff that guys might assume incorrectly.
I'd assume that Kuzunoha-san probably does have a boyfriend. If so, then lucky guy!
Having a cadre of boys surrounding them also reminds me of a friend I had in college. She was stunning, nearly 6 foot, blonde, very slim, intelligent and a bubbly personality. But she liked attention and had a bad habit of flirting with any nearby guys. She ended up with a small following, which was especially obvious on one of the camping weekends our course ran one year.
I hated that vacation, I couldn't get any private time with her (I thought the two of us had a borderline serious relationship, she was just leading me on sadly) which was so irritating!
These days she's engaged to someone else and I still see her from time to time as friends. That flirtatious habit of hers is no more thankfully (and luckily for her fiancee).
I barely visit DA much these days!

It's just as well that I tend to open doors for women anyway! Or at the very least let them go first.
I have heard that Japanese women do really like Western guys. It would explain the many times in Japan when I'd be walking down the street and I thought I'd caught a glimpse of a Japanese woman looking at me!
But that might just be the shoulder length ginger hair getting their attention!
It's not that it has no interest for me, it's not that I don't get as much out of it as I used to. I'll admit that Kuzunoha-san is one of the major reasons I come back but I have been making new journal entries for whenever I upload a new drawing video to YouTube. It's just that no one looks at my page anymore, I had a period where I stopped putting new artwork on DA due to other real life things (work on weekends, college, World of Warcraft) and people just stopped visiting my page after that. I once had a fairly decent following before.
