Can you do Rocko from "Rocko's Modern Life" and Norbert and Daggett Beaver scuba diving underwater. They should be wearing full body scuba suits. Norbert's scuba tank should look like from one Angry Beavers episode that you may have not seen before (the one where the dam gets turned upside down by a tornado). If not, that's OK.

What up. I'd recommend checking out some of the top dawg artists. Find one you like and reference his/her style. Artists like TUES, REALS, and KEMS would probably be good for you. But check out as many as possible.

I also think you need to simplify your letters a little bit for now. A good graffiti artist has a very strong grasp on basic letter structures. Do sketches of basic, bold, 3-D letters. Slowly you can start adding movement to the letters and add more abstract shapes. The point is to start simple.

Same with color. Google things like color theory and really READ to understand color schemes. Not all colors work well together, I'm sure you know that. Some combinations work better than others. There's an aspect of luck and discovery with color, but there are some basic rules that will help you a lot. Read up on complimentary colors, for example. From there, incorporate these basics into your pieces. Try to make a few pieces with only 2 colors, and black and white.
