It looks like what its saying is where it says "BACKGROUND IMAGE URL" thats where you put the URL for the image (If on dA You have to click download image and use that URL) the YOUR CONTENT I Don't get, I Have never skinned my profile before 'cept for my journal...I Might be able to get some CSS Help from my grandad when he gets home tommorrow
