I know she told me that she would finish it if I gave her another chance and that was a year ago.
I insisted she give me my points back but she told me she spent it already and in order to pay me back she would need to re-open commissions.

I thought about doin a journal and searching them all to gether and report that girl

is pretty easy to buy points that way sheesh...
It makes me really angry that such people exist- Back than I had barely money
and I tried worked so hard to get money togeterh to buy those points.
This girl isn't thinking that far that we made hard work for those points.
I had such problems more than once (with other artists)
and it was everytime that way that they wrote me a note that I
should commission them because they draw so awesome blabla
and than the fooled me thats why I ignore now such
notes..

I highly doubt that will do anything but yes I've considered going publicly about her too. I mean it may not be a bad idea, it will give her a bad rep and help others not fall for commissioning her and never getting what they asked for. It's worth a shot.
Yes It is fucked up and I'm an idiot for even giving her a second chance to get my commission done. I was wrong.

Exactly. That's why I have it stated on my page that you don't ask me to commission you. It's rude and if I don't know you or haven't commissioned you before I can't trust you. I commission who I want and usually people I've commissioned before.
