Definitely. Always push yourself - especially if you want to be able to draw the things you like! Takes lots of practice.

About posting in b/w or grey, maybe! Do it however you want to! What I tend to do is put sketches into scraps and colored/line art things into my main gallery, just to keep things organized. ovo
