# About me
I am a scientist, mother, and horse owner. And in the spare time I don't really have, I love to draw. =DI couldn't really draw when I was a child (or thought I couldn't!) but I always liked drawing abstract designs with graphite. And then, about 4 years ago, I came across the faery art of Amy Brown. I found it incredibly inspiring and I started drawing just faery wings using some lovely watercolour pencils. I then had a go at an actual faery and I wasn't 100% disappointed so I kept going.
I find that I learn something with each piece I work on, and that it is an incredibly satisfying and fulfilling experience. I hope you enjoy my art as well. Thank you for looking.
