# About me

On a sunny January morning, Art Center handed me a BFA in Illustration. The following August I moved to NYC to start a career as an advertising copywriter. It was a good career. I made good money, met many interesting people, traveled the world and found myself in situations that I never would have been in otherwise.

How I came back to art is a bit of a shaggy dog story - too much to get into here - but it's what I've always wanted to do with my life. Now I'm making good on what I said to myself when I picked up a comic book in the 6th grade, "I want to be able to draw like that!"

It's by Meng. The English on the box is pretty tortured. Hopefully the kit is more accurate.

yea i have seen a few meng(they are a newer company i think) i have heard good things about them and seen some positive reviews. anyways have fun and ill be interested to see what you think of meng.
