# About me
Michelle Kochon (Grateful Heartist) is an artist of the heart, preferring to blend the colors of reality into the images of dreams. Calming the mind, slowing the breathing, art becomes spiritual and enlightening. As the pens dance across the paper, a story unfolds within her mind translated into colors and lines before her.
Born in Port Angeles, Washington she feels most comfortable in her hammock in the woods; listening to the plants, and the whispers on the wind. Her sacred reverence for nature is one of the driving forces behind her art.
My mediums of choice are:
Line work: Copic Multiliners 0.03, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.3
Color Pencil: Prismacolor
Marker: Copic Sketch
