The reason this guy gets ranted on so much, is because he has this obsession of shipping himself with Serena from the Pokemon anime, the smaller reason this guy gets ranted on so much is because his OC is some kind of freak science lab escapist recolored version of Butters from South Park with train buffers shoved through his chest and attached to his body.
