Like Tyrannia and Bubonic, Adagio, Aria, and Sonata cast evil spells while singing and dancing
and like Jacob and Maurizio, Twilight, Rainbow, Pinkie, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, Sunset, and Spike seem to be the only ones who know that the spell must be stopped and reversed.

Yes, but Tyrannia and Bubonic do it to not get punished (they also recite rather than sing) and the Dazzlings do it to replenish their energy and become more powerful.
I do see your point with the protagonists though!

But the Dazzlings and Tyrannia and Bubonic are all bad (despite them liking Jacob and Maurizio).
How do you think it would be like if Tyrannia and Bubonic met the Dazzlings?

Both groups would think they are better than the other, dazzlings would probably hypnotize the wizards fairly easily - they are already quite hateful towards one another
