um..I use Adobe Illustrator (Ai) to draw with or trace to be exact and then I would use photoshop to color in the picture but sometimes I would be lazy and just stick with Ai aside from that I don;'t think I have used any other programs before :S but if anything I would recommend using Adobe Illustrator althrough the one I'm using is version 4 I think lol

It was originally designed for a specific computer program and was not compatible with mac and windows until recently. I installed on my laptop and am happy to have my favorite program back. It is the only one I really know how to use to do what I like.

oh that's cool it's just like me kinda I am so used to using photoshop and Ai that some of the other programs my friends suggested to me I couldnt get used to them it's like that for me with the tablet too I have one but not used to using it so I use the mouse instead lol

so I installed inkscape on my laptop; but it turns out that my laptop is so old that the program won't run on it. It keeps crashing.


Now  I will just draw on paper and have to take photos of it and upload the traditional drawings.

oh no that sucks :S I think my friend might have Windows 7 I can try to ask him for you if you want he helped me update my computer too it used to be a Vista now it's windows 7 which is much better for me

Oh why not draw on paper then scan the picture on a scanner?

well I don't have a scanner. I was taking photos of my drawings and then making them digital. I have windows 7 on a Lenovo T60 laptop from like 2003. So it's pretty old, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I dunno.  Outside of work I've been searching for more anime girls in poofy dresses, just cause I feel inspired to draw them more.  There is this pretty girl from a Korean manga, Lady Detective, set in 1860's London named Lizzie Newtown.  Wears some really beautiful hooped gowns. ^^
