Working on Let Love Rule is my hobby, it's what I'd like to do the most.
So when I have a bit of free time I'd do a page. 
When I started with Let love rule when I was 13 I just drew a page whenever I wanted.
Sometimes 2 in a month and sometimes 11 a day. Now I try to do 1 page a day, it helps that the comic is black and white so it doesn't take up that much time.
I recommend if you'r starting a webcomic that you take one or two days in the week to work on it.
In that case you can look forward to working on your comic that day and keep yourself motivated to keep working on it.
