I use the sakura gelly-roll pens, they seem to dry the quickest and have very good consistancy from pen to pen.Β I'm particularly fond of the metallic black, when you lay it down over a black background it's just this nice gray, not too shiny at all.Β I do wish that they made a darker, rich red, but sadly they do not and I can't find one for the life of me that doesn't take eons to dry.

Thank you for the information.Β I will definitely try some.Β Dry time isn't super important to me, but it's certainly a great feature.Β I used to use the pilot gold paint pens a lot, but they are not fun to work with.Β I have also tried some of the liquid metallic inks, but I haven't found one that I really like yet.Β I have never really tried traditional gold leaf.Β
