No no, definetly. Bnha is a series that ever character is unique and interesting in its own way. (except mineta, i really can not stand him)
Uraraka is such a good female main character. So is tsuyu, momo, jirou and hagakure. Denki is such a funny and good boy! He makes me chuckle whenever I see him.

I have actually cosplay Bakugou! I went to AX this year for two days as him. We even have a bnha cosplay group. We are trying to collect all class 1-A cosplayers. We already have 14 people gathered. OVO It is really exciting.

I'm actually reading the first manga as we speak ^^. My boyfriend and I bought the first 9 issues though so we're working on reading them. He's one ahead right now. I'm caught up with the anime though

Bakugou is that jerk you love to hate xD... He's awesome. I like Todoroki, but at the same time he feels a little too serious to me. Everyone else is kind of comedic... but I guess it's important to have his type of character to keep the show on track.

Aizawa is really bad ass. He's not super op, but his powers are cool nontheless. His personality is funny especially when paired with the microphone guy. I like how he got the name "eraser head".

Kirishima doesn't stand out much to me at the moment, but he is a funny character. I like his relationship with the steel guy xD

Mineta is a little turd.... He's funny, but kind of obnoxious.

You went to AX this year? So did we ^^ I actually took a picture of a group of cosplayers (midoriya, bakugou, and Tsu) were you in a group? Unfortunately I don't cosplay much..... I don't really know how to sew Otherwise there are so many things I would love to cosplay!

Eactly. Bakugou is such a good character. You expect to dislike him but he slowly wins your heart. Ah, I agree about todoroki but perhaps you may change your opinion about him as the series goes on. After the sports festival, he gets character development.  (( Also... pshh... Hahaha, tbh.... I crackship bakugou and todoroki XDD  It is something that will never become canon but I just die a bit inside whenever I see them in the same scene.)) Which rises the question... Do you ship anyone in the series? I am just curious XD

Aizawa is such a good teacher model. Refreshing to see. Him and Present Mic have such an interesting relationship. Actually my best friend got me aizawa charm and she has present mic one to display our friendship. It was such a cute gift to recieve. >u< And in case if you are wondering, The charms I am talking about are these. It is a crossover one between bnha and pokemon. I love how aizawa one looks like, İt is so accurate.

Ohhhhh you did too! I don't think I am in that group. We had me as bakugou, uraraka, izuku, momo, allmight, todoroki, tokoyami and kendo as group. For next ax, we are trying to grow our hero group. We plan on having as many characters as possbile. Our goal is to gather all class 1-A. We already expanded our group to 16 members right now. OVO Sooo it is really exciting.

Yeah Bakugou is a piece of crap... but he's just so over the top mean that he's funny and likeable. I look forward to Todoroki's character development. I want to like him xD I low-key kind of ship those two myself..... But I also like BakugouXUraraka and MidoriyaXUraraka... I'm a complicated person lol... my boyfriend likes BakugouXTsuyu... not sure why, but we all Have our likes.

Those are so cute! I love that Aizawa is in his sleeping bag!! So cute! I didn't see those keychains but I bought a chibi Tsu one where she is in her hero outfit.

I look forward to seeing more of the background characters in episodes. They're a lot of fun so I'm sure it will be cool to learn more about them.

Denki, Kirishima, Tokoyami, Izuku, Bakugou, Koda (I am so happy that we were able to find a koda cosplayer, not many people cosplay him), Jirou, Momo, Ochaco, Todoroki, Tsuyu, Yuga (I know, I am so glad and happy that we also have a yuga cosplayer, he is sooooo funny), Mei, All Might, Mt. Lady and a third year character which I’ll not name due to spoilers but we also found a cosplayer of him! As you can see, there are a few teacher and other students from different classes. But it is really nice to have such variety. Actually!!! Did you know that our group got photo bombed by All might's voice actor during AX?!?!? I cherish that picture a lot.

It is cool to physically own them although it makes me wonder if this series will drag on like all other shonen xD... that'd be a lot of manga. I collected Naruto for a long time, but gave up lol... We also have the first season on dvd with the art book that came with it (it's what I've used to help me draw the characters). It also came with Midoriya's notebook. It's blank on all pages minus one with All Might's signature which I found to be really funny.

It is really cute... I hate that I can't decide who I love most with Uraraka! DX It's so complicated... After the fight between the two in the second season I just felt a great connection with the two. Awww that's nice of you > u
Koda seems like he'd be a hard character to find. I can kind of see people being Yuga... He's so funny xD!!! I'm envious. I always wished I had people to cosplay with, but no one ever seems too enthusiastic about it. That and I know very little when it comes to making costumes. Do you guys make your costumes yourselves or do you buy them? Photobombed?! Awww man I'm jealous! Which voice actor? They're both good, but that's so cool. Did you just recognize him or did he tell you who he was?

I don't think it would be as long as Naruto. I have seen that show. I know currently bnha is %20 done according to rumors. Author already has everything planned out and he knows how he is going to approach and end the series. So I doubt it would be as tiring and long as naruto or bleach.... I am not even gonna count one piece...It is freaking still ongoing lol.

Oh indeed. Koda was hard to find. We happened to run into one during AX, at the hero gathering. After talking and chatting with him, he agreed to join to our group. >u<
Actually, while I would assume many would like to cosplay yuga, his hero costume is so hard. For the same reason we are having a diffuculty with finding an iida cosplayer. Since they have armor, many people actually avoid those characters.
I have made my own costume but I handsew. I don't own a sewing machine so it takes me much longer to get everything done haha. I know some of my friends buy their costumes online as well. For a few other shows, ı have brought my costume online. But for hero, I feel like if you make your own, it would look much better. I have seen some on ebay and amazon, those costumes look really low quality. Unless you get the gym uniform or school uniform, I really wouldn't suggest to buy bnha cosplay's online. I know some people also commission costumes or wigs. My close friends is gonna cosplay Kirishima in our group, so she is commissioning his wig... since... his hair is so spikey and and including his hero mask, it would be really hard to do on our own. We all are cosplaying their hero costumes to be more interesting and unique so for some stuff it is good to get additional help. I plan on adding some sort of light system to my bakugou's huge arm grenade's for next ax. Hopefully! (fingers crossed) I am studying computer engineering so I feel like I could get it done in some way. >u< I just need to figure out a good set up and how to get low cost equipment.

Honestly, sewing shouldn't stop you from cosplaying. Glue is a really good costume making tool. Either super glue or hot glue. It really does many magic. I honestly made the orange "X" part on katsuki's top by using got glue. For his grenade, I made it out of paper mache. I went to man's section and got myself pants. For the shoes, I got knee-lenght converse. I colored the bottom white part and painted it orange. I also got orange shoe laces as well. For the smaller grenades around his belt, I was able to find fake bomb toys at the dollar store. I colored them using acrylic paint and then I sealed all in with clear gloss. >u< As you can see, my cosplay was less focused on sewing part. It depends on selecting the right character and knowing your capabilities. You can use other methods to make a cosplay work. >u< dollar store and thrift shops would be your best friends to keep the cost as low as possible. >u< Cosplay is so fun and it is even more fun when you have at least a few people in your group. You get recognized much easier and people ask for more photos when you have more cast together.

During ax, we couldn't move a lot on day 2, that was our official hero day. So we had about 7-8 people. We constantly got stopped. It was so hard for us to travel from one side to another. And once we got stopped, we had to pose for 10-15 mnutes until everyone around us was satisfied with their pictures. then,  the same thing would happen all over again after taking a few steps lol. We had to do a train to teleport from one side of the convention to another. We would get in line, hold eachother's shoulder and walk around shouting "heros are in train-ing" XDDD It was a silly word game but it worked. I mean, instead of getting stopped for pictures, people would record our videos instead XDD

If you ever can, people try cosplaying. It is so fun and I really, highly suggest it.

And yes yes, we got photobombed by all might's english voice actor, Christopher R. Sabat . He secretly approached us from behind while we were posing for other people. After we were done, our Izuku cosplayer turned around and she was shook to see him.  He quickly walked away because we were bringing so much more attention by shouting and fangirling over him XD But it was sooooooo cool. >u< You don't get that chance a lot and since it wasn't planned, it makes it even more awesome. >u< It was such a nice surprise.

That's cool though. Nice that you happened to find a koda cosplayer. I would have never expected that but people make all kinds of crazy things. Ah, that makes sense. You're going for hero outfits. That's a lot cooler. At AX just about everyone was in uniform or the gym outfit... which is cool, but the super hero costumes stand out better.

I know a little hand sewing, but not enough to sew an outfit. I've made pillows, but that's it... I like making little props tho
Though for fun. I made some cute rabbit ears... They're a bit cheesy looking, but I liked them. It would be cool to build cosplay weapons at some point in the future.

Yeah outfits online don't always fit well either. I'm really tall so nothing ever fits right. I was Sakura Haruno one year, but I couldn't pull it off.

That is true. Usually publishers just ruin the good shows... I mean I understand why they do it... for money reasons, but at some point, just leave the good series alone.

Yup yup, It was such coincidence. I know that many people do gym and school uniform,since it is much easier. I totally get why it would be more appealing to some. But yeah, our group is focused only one super hero costumes. I know we have to help  our koda, with his shirt. Getting yellow shorts and shoes should be easy for him. But I don't think he is good enough to sew his top part. LOL

Oh, I am so short. Like...I  think I am the second shortest in the whple group. It is so funny to have a short bakugou XDD  I can imagine. I have tall friends and with their cosplay's, it is always and issue.
Mannnnnn I always wanted to cosplay Sakura!! I even got her headband... but I never actually cosplayed her at the end. I also got a red dress for her. I was planning to do pre-shippudeen, her younger self. I also have green tights too >n< I never got to finish it... maybe in future... but I doubt that. Since the series is over, it is losing its attention. I tend to go for more "popular".... or let me rephrase that... "recent" shows XDDD hahah, In addition to my bnha cosplay, I have cosplayed from dangan ronpa, mystic messenger and dramatical murder >u<

Pillows are super easy to make. I sewed a small pillow for our cat she actually used it at one point which was cute. Prop weapons just seem fun. One day I'll decide on something and make it. They used bunny ears to make the hair? That's clever, but it must have been a pain to get the hair just right?

Lol it's ok. I know how you're feeling. I have the opposite problem with being tall... that and I have glasses. I can't see without them... I once mistook our cat for a boot...

I cosplayed the shippuden Sakura, but I like the old Sakura too Her dress was cute. A lot of people asked to take pictures of me but I was so nervous I didn't know how to pose... I made the goofiest poses xD

I own two cats. Myuu and Taiga I'm glad the hair worked for them. I wouldn't have thought to do that. That's dedication. How do you guys go about making the skin tight superhero outfits like All Might's and Uraraka's? Those seem pretty challenging aside from big armor cosplays.

I agree. It also felt comfortable to wear. It was cool to pose for pictures, but I feel embarrassed thinking about how silly I probably looked. I'll have to practice poses for the future.

My boyfriend and I want to cosplay bnha, but we also have thought about doing Dorothy and Roger from Big O (I know its a little old). I personally would like to cosplay Yomiko readman from read or die. There's so many fun things to do, I just need to figure out the best way to execute them x.x...

One of my best friend cosplayed Uraraka. She brought a skin tight black suit by trying it on. Once she found the right one, she sewed everything else on top of it. Her mother is good at sewing, so she got so much help from her mother. It turned out really nicely at the end so it worked out. Our allmight brough his costume online, since he sucks at making his own costumes XDDD Luckly it fit him nicely. So that was a close call.

hahah, many people find them dangerous or scary. But honestly, it is so comfortable and it doesn't hurt at all. You really get used to it quickly. For the first few times, you end up being slow since you tend to be more cautious. But nowadays, I easily put them on in less than 5 minutes actually. Though, they can get a bit pricey depending on the brand you use.

We also try to get into role when we cosplay. It is easier to do it as groups. Granted I am such a cinnamonroll in real life... so acting mean like Katsuki was so hard. I also had to make sure not to hurt nobody else's feelings so... I would just be mean to my cosplay buddies. I know I picked on our izuku a lot, just like how katsuki does it in anime. I even challenged our all might and was like "I am gonna beat your as as well." It was hilarious and awkward at the same time.

Ohhhh, those are some cool ideas for cosplays for sure. Once you figure out the best way to execute, the rest of it is just getting everthing done >u<  Out of curiousity, Where are you guys from? I live in california.

Coloring is also and option. But since it is a stretchy matrieal, I wonder how well it would work? I guess I wouldn't know until I test it out. Also, on Uraraka's case, painting white on top of black would look ugly. She did the manga coloring, so she used white instead of light pink. All might's outfit is so colorful, I don't blame him at all XD

I haven't tried colorful ones yet. I am just using clear regular ones. For the colored ones, I need to update my perscription... Which I have been lazy about it. >n>; sooooo, hahah, I wasn't able to get some

Ah, roleplaying in real life is much harder for sure. It turns into acting in a sense, which makes it more tendious. You have to be careful with not only what you say but also how you act in general. I roleplay online as well >u< Those can be fun!

Rwby is good... though I wasn't really a big fun of the most recent season. >n>.... Though it has fun characters and I really like the interesting concept behind their weapons and fighting styles. It is refreshing to see a show where they don't shout their attack names or explain their attacks to their friends or opponents every time they use XDD LOL

Ah, I really try my best to stay in character but since "you" are the one who is rping and you are not the original creator of those characters, you can't not stay in character %100. Especially if you put them in situations that are really different from manga. Since you don't have something to reference back to, you have to "imagine" and come up with best possbile reaction they could show by your own subjective judgement. >u<
