Sorry to hear that. Almost everyone I know has had a really tough time finding good jobs after college, but most did manage to get up on their feet better after working at grocery stores or gas stations and the like for a while. Gotta start somewhere, right? Hopefully a better job offer will come around soon.

Yeah, but I've got a degree in microbiology. Working in a grocery store is boring and doesn't challenge me like microbiology does. Problem is, no one is hiring.

I've been in a creative slump for ages, too. Totally out of ideas.

Yeah, that's understandable. I'm working on a degree in zoology right now. I'd love to be working with animals; that's why I'm getting that degree. But as it stands, I'm stuck as a part-time secretary. It's incredibly boring.

I've had some pretty good ideas for art lately, but I've just had absolutely no time to draw them out. It's frustrating as all hell.

My frustration with this job played out in all too perfect a way, today. I got pulled into the office and warned because I talk to my co-workers too much, apparently. Well, what else is there to do when the job is so boring? The pay is shit, too.

For the first half of the year, Biology was kicking my butt with anatomy (Dissecting a cat and having to identify its muscles, veins, and organs. Fun stuff.) but the genetics section is a whole lot easier. Now, I'm having trouble with English too. On top of that, I have to start studying for the ACTs. :c

I happen to be taking mostly biology classes at the moment, lol. Standardised tests suck. I had to take the GRE this past summer. It was the most boring thing. -_-
