"Mi mas estimado" sounds very weird, I think nobody says it nowadays. Maybe in SouthAmerican, but they speak different to us, so don't missunderstood!
"Como U Que hace?" isn't wright. Try to say "Qué tal estás?" (How are you) or "Qué haces?" (What are you doing).
