I saw that you invited me to that group but I had to decline because I have a couple commissions that I need to do for people so I don't think I'll have time for any sort of Secret Santa stuff this year.

I normally use just a mechanical pencil for sketching. I have a variety of pens for inking but if I'm going to color the drawing I use copic fine liners because they don't bleed when I'm using markers. I use both Prismacolor and Copic markers and when I need some finer detail I use colored pencils(Prismacolor brand). A white gel pen is also handy for adding highlights.
