Primarch design: he has a mutation that his nose became red and his skin became pure white like he has a face paint of a clown as of later years he grew a beard which contrasts to his skin and many craftworld and chaos markings that marked his skin like a branding or some flair to a clown and he usually keeps his hair in a really long ponytail but when its out it is very long like this image and his mouth a cold black due to the time in the taint of the immaterium
primarch history:long time ago the emperor of mankind made the primarchs on luna to be a future for the imperrium of man but there was one primarch that was considered a failure by the emprah yet this primarch was not killed only left there as a reminder of the many days and effort that were wasted on that one primarch he pla heres a spooky clown army
