I started to play on an old cathod-ray screen... No need to tell you that the quality was... Hm? pretty pretty bad ! But it went well with Oblivion, since the graphics were not that beautiful !

I have discovered modding about four years ago and ent from there. Not a modmaker myself, but purely a screenarcher and anything related to it.
Modding your game does require a "beefy" computer, no way around that
