You know I've been wondering about this for some time, and I believe that you have the knowledge for this sort of thing, but I want to ask...what sort of government the Radesen Empire has? I mean dictatorship is straight forward but I feel there's something more to it than that?

Why not have a senate system that acts as advisors to the Emperor. But the senate itself does not sway the empire.

That actually makes sense for me, because in the Emperor's backstory while he was in prison, the Council which consists of the guild leaders, lords, and ambassador tried to maintain control in his absence but over the years the Empire began to crumble without a proper leader.
