Mostly it's just your style, the cartoon-like art rather unique and pretty cute at times and I feel it would make the ideal subject for animation. That angry witch girl in pink is my favorite.
On the other hand, your creepier stuff is just amazing! I'm not sure what brush you use, but how the lining looks so jagged and broken really helps make them look unnerving. I tend to adore creepypasta and horror so those are definitely what caught my eye.
