Welcome to my profile and thank you for visit me!!!!

If you snoop around here, you could find:

- Dragon Age fan art of all kind, but specially about Mikania Cousland, my main character.

- My comic "The weight of the throne" (also in spanish) where you can see what happen with Mikania after the events of awakening along with her husband, king Alistair, and a lot of new characters.

- A few photos of many things, specially of nature. I'm an amateur and I only take them for fun!

- A few writings (in spanish by now) about RPG and different characters I created with that end. You can also find writings about Mikania in her youth and with the party (in spanish and english)

- Comics of Dragon age, with Mikania's party.

- Other drawings and paintings made along my life, specially about manga and anime.

I don't know myself! I've slowed the pace lately, so I'm afraid it's going to take more time. But I'm going to keep drawing until the end!!

The not-so-subtle-what's-your-favourite-color meme:

1. What's your favourite color?
I don't know what mine is. Personally I prefer soft colors that are easy on the eye, but even then I usually measure the "worth" of a color by how it interacts with the colors around it. There must be harmony. In other words, I choose a color depending on the colors it has to work with.

2. What color do you think would go best with your favourite color?
I said that soft colors are my personal favourite, and with soft colors usually go warm colors. You should see my living room. Cream-colored couch and arm chair, scarlet long-threaded carpet, pearl walls, etc. and so on. I can appreciate cold colors also, blue and silver for example are pretty archetypal. Don't want it in my furnishings, though, except for the bathroom mayhaps.

3. Name the person you made all this up for to answer the same two questions!

well, I don't know if I'm going to be the best teacher, since I don't have a good technique myself (I have a lot of bad habits :P (Lick) ) but I'll try to help you. To draw faces, I think the easiest way is this: you can draw the shape of the head first, using a circle, then marking its center and completing the shape of the head by sketching the shape of the cheeks and the chin. Then draw a line were the eyes will be, to help you in the distribution of the rest of the details. I suggest you to use pictures or photos to look at them while you are drawing. that would help you to know how to draw the eyes, nose and mouth correctly. Besides that, all I can tell you is that you have to practice a lot, find your own style and repeat the process many times until you feel comfortable with what you are drawing. There's not big secret behind it except that, really: practice and practice. Don't get discouraged if you don't do it right the first times, it will take time, but if you are patient and keep trying, you will make it. And the time will come when you will not need the basic lines to help you :D (Big Grin)
