Kinda obvious, Michael A Benavidez (aka: me) is an author. An indie author to be exact. A horror indie author to be even more exact.
He/me is also more than that. Michael is an avid reader, a part-time reviewer, and interviewer for indie authors. Michael is also a fan of magic, especially disappearing acts. So much so that he/I have played Houdini for the past year (2016 to the current 2017 I am so sorry), trying to sort out the thing-a-ma-jig that is life, and juggle all these hats.
As an author, Michael tries to delve into the hearts of darkness, trying to read story that blood splatter tells, along with the future that's painted in it, trying to *insert further inspirational words here*. He/I lives to see the swift executions of disaster, to create chaos in a world that is mine/his to control, to storm out of the fury of God's wrath onto characters that are birthed and stepped upon at the creator's control...and holy shit Michael might be a bit unhinged.
As a person, Michael is just the ordinary lover of books with some wit (or so he/I would love to think), and all around fun loving guy. Fame is not the goal, but only to spread some stories that have been in Michael's brain for the past several years. Along with that, Michael wants nothing more than to help other struggling authors to find their audience, and spread their own stories about.
So feel free to shoot him a message to learn more about him, to ask things, or anything of the sort.
As of (5/13/17) Michael has yet to return to full form. While this does not mean he's been screwing around like a dumbass not doing a thing, it does mean that his website hasn't been up to date, the Facebook page is temporarily down (social media is a huge distraction and needed to be killed, at least until life has smoothed out), along with an inactive Twitter and Instagram. Michael has been busy writing, and will not come back empty handed. However, he is still open to reading and messaging anyone that wants to chat.
