i don't know if you are interested in the metaphysical properties, but for me, my Muscovite has two reasons why it's special.

1. it was a gift from a friend.

2. as far as metaphysics is concerned Muscovite aids astral tavel(out of body "travel") and dream recall.
it's also an execellent grounding stone.

(and the fact that it glitters can't help but make me like it all the more.

I like to (bear with me, I know it's weird) run my hands over it, and pull the layers gently until they're just incredibly thin sheets. It's like each layer is a different person, with an individual story. Does, um, any of that make sense? Sorry.

it's facinating... and i totally get what you are saying.

or heres one way i've seen it... each sliver is like a slice of the Cosmos and you can see how similar yet different our "parallelle worlds" can be.
