...In the sense that it's easier to control your temperature, see? In the reeeally hot heatwaves, unless you're in an air-conditioned house... you roast. I'd know. :I Meanwhile with winter you can bundle up and sip hot cocoa. : D

Since I have bad blood circulation, no matter how much I bundle up, I'm still cold all the time, my muscles tense up around my back problems, so I'm in pain more or less all the time.

By the time spring comes along in Canada it might be early or mid-summer here, pth- speaking of summer I'm going to be in agony if I have to work through heatwaves, hopefully they won't demand that or AT LEAST will have air conditioning in that building! ;;;
Do you try to use ice & heat for/around your back, though? Heat relaxes, Ice reduces inflammation- so I recall!
...Though I'm well aware that trying to reach around to your own back is a pain in the ass, unless you're hyperflexible or somethin'..

Oh yeah air con is love air con is life... just as much as heating bean bags in the winter.
And my back has a scoliosis actually, plus the seamstress work doesn't help with the posture. I have an osteo helping me regularly, I get some massages and I use ice or hot when necessary... but the problem always creeps back.
