It's a game about a batter who's out to defeat the specters that have invaded the Zones. Here's Markiplier's playthrough of it Β from back in 2014.
The Add-Ons are three floating ring-shaped... things that join the Batter one by one as the story progresses. It's never made clear exactly what they are or why they're there, though. Anyway, the reason I mentioned the Add-Ons was because the ring that Bendy was holding in your picture reminded me of them.

I actually found that kinda funny. Mostly because I had a dream too, but it was about Flug, not really about Black Hat.

Well, lucky you, for managing to stay off his boss' radar, somehow.
I, on the other hand, was jumpscared multiple times in a very large (but also unusually empty) house, by someone who I am almost certain was Black Hat. He even left a bloodied claw mark floating in my vision during the final jumpscare, like the ones from Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion that appear on the screen when you take damage. I saw him turn towards me andΒ lunge at me with a clawed hand extended, and as I flinched I heard the damage sound from Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion. And just like that, Black Hat was gone, leaving only the three bloodied gashes floating in the air in front of me where his hand had reached. Even though I didn't feel the attack, I couldn't help but worry if perhaps I really was wounded, just that I couldn't feel any pain from it for some reason.Β

Y'know what I was thinking? I was thinking that the jumpscare attacks were meant to be a warning.Β Because you know his goal is to kill heroes, right? ...I think heΒ knows,Β Sun. 
And even though he prefers to sell things to other villains to help themΒ against the heroes, I have a feeling that if Black Hat himself ever decided to go toe-to-toe with a hero, he'd be no pushover.
