This is personally my opinion, but I didn't enjoy how they like to smother schoolgirls all over the place during promotions for their games. And they tend to disrespect older women, just because they think they are getting "old" and they aren't "cute like schoolgirls" anymore.
So instead of having quality female characters,they prefer having schoolgirls to attract more idiots for their fanbase.

Gameplay wise? Yeah, but other than that, not really. The game has gone rather downhill. I'm currently looking for games with good storyplot and well-done characterization. AA provided that for me, and I am well pleased.
Not only Xiaoyu, we have Asuka Kazama, Lili, and Alisa now, but yes, they are smothering ONLY the schoolgirls in every promotional posters. They tend to sexualize them as well.Β
At first, I didn't mind Asuka. (I actually like her, because she is badass, and has story potential) But they tossed that away just to pair her up with Lili.
As much as I am concerned, I am full on out on homosexual rights, but I doubt that's what's Tekken is trying to promote between these two.
They are fetish-sizing lesbianism. So most of the time when they want to promote their game, they use ALOT of fanservice. Too much apparently, because it's often sexualizing the schoolgirls as I said, and they always have Lili (who is only 16/17) in skanky clothes, if not, she'll be groping and fondling Asuka's boobs, sexually harassing her, and ofcourse, Asuka seriously does not feel comfortable. She doesn't like it.
AT ALL.
I didn't appreciate that, so I left.

Well, I do agree on that Tekken has went downhill abit, from what I've been currently checking. Many fans seem displeased from what I can tell. I do like Asuka Kazama (she's one of my favorite characters) but I do agree they have waste big potential with her (I think making Lili her rival wasn't too good of an idea, plus I never really liked Lili in the first place, she's one of those Barbie dolls type of character. I won't talk about the other two girls, they're not worth speaking about). It would have been nice to see some kind of development between the Kazamas (a direct confrontation of Jin and Asuka). And you know it's quite a shame it has to go like this, big titles that risk being ruined by such simple mistakes.
As for story wise, you are so right. Ace Attorney absolutely is a must-watch thing. I never played any of the games (I don't count online fan cases) but I can tell the franchise, including its fandom, is one of the best things I've seen in the internet. Glad to know I'm not the only one who likes the couple Klavier x Ema

Yes. It's a shame. There are two AA games that won't be in english unfortunately. DGS looks very interesting for me though. New characters and all.
Ah Klavier and Ema. These two spice things up for me. That much I can say.
