I got two more interviews lately but no called back. I even took the Health Network's advice on doing a call back on them and it turned out that they're still doing a lot of looking over on who they want to pick. Monday we're going to try out different outfit to increase my chances on getting a job.

Sometimes Nooks it hard to get a call back with so many people out of work looking for jobs; recently I read where a single job was posted and 65000 people applied online over night wow and each one expecting a call back...it;s really hard but you have to remain positive ...something good will come your way.

I got an email back from the Masonic Home and they rejected me and gave me the same damn speech about how I need to keep applying.

From what I learned, they do count self employment as a real job all thanks to looking after my grandma for the past 11 years and the help I've been getting even told me that I'm better off working in a kitchen than doing that job anyways cause of my cooking skills. Right now it's more waiting and people telling parroting the same shit to me and whining about how I need to do more when I done everything they told me to do.

Now of day it's all about damn experiences, how much money you spent on some shitty fancy paper, while people like me who is so damn eager to work get pushed to the side. People are still pushing this volunteer crap on me and don't get that I want to work and get paid.

They explain that I can volunteer and use it to build up my resume and it's to keep my medicaid card from getting taken away too. They're trying to help since they know I'm desperate for work and my family think I might go and with my grandma to help her out and keep her out of the nursing home.

As long as someone takes you seriously and you can make money but wow Nooks you sure have to put up with a lot of bull shit, I hope something really good comes your way after going through all of this.

I hoe so too. I was given a temp work at the same mental health clinic I go to. Just to go to an interview when they do them and I got new glasses and told my mom that I hope it improves my look since my old pair is trash.
