Il y a deux sortes de souvenirs, à mon humble avis : celui que tu peux invoquer à ta guise, la figure de quelqu'un que tu aimes, un endroit qui t'as marqué, un événement douloureux, et il y a des souvenirs "latents" qui ressurgissent à la faveur d'une sensation (une odeur, une couleur, une texture, une musique, un simple son...) ou d'une situation. C'est le cas de la madeleine de Proust, auteur de ma citation. Je te conseille de lire ce passage connu : [link] .
Il n'y a rien dont il 'faut' se souvenir (sauf peut être de ses cours pour les examens... )mais cultiver les sensations pour les associer à des souvenirs, je crois que c'est essentiel.
