also, ive seen people draw slingshto with goggles, is that because her name is slingshot.

That was an addition I kept asking around. She uses them as actual goggles, since things might end up in her eyes at various times, especially if swinging around a city. Even better if she can get a few gadgets within the goggles.

very, very stretchy. Not that she's tested for miles, but she's got plenty of give, and her strenght in pulling back is incredibly strong.

She's a bit special in that fashion. Her elasticity can go both ways. Either she can stretch, or she can harden parts of herself. Hardened parts can't move, but they're incredibly hard. So blades, and bullets wouldn't be able to dig in. If she's going to stretch instead though, she could definitively bend enough to avoid being cut. In fact, it's part of the reason she has a specifically made suit for herself. It's not much, but it does help.
But for bullets, I'd be less worried about penetration, more worried about the heat given by the bullets. Suit does help, but it's not 100% heatproof.

That one is tricky. It may depend on how good the shooter is. If only a bullet grazes her while she's hardened, she'd be knocked away in the distance, away from the rest of the stream of bullets. The more open the area, the more distance she can get from it. Pushed off against a wall though, and she'd be in real trouble.

Oh yeah, definitively remember Slingshot. Do have some plans for her.
At the moment though, not right now. She doesn't regenerate, but nothing is set in stone.
