I'm slowly getting back into colored pencil drawings myself, and your art is really an inspiration Was able to get a killer deal on the 150 color set of Prismacolors on Amazon. Just gotta deal with the wax bloom

That's wonderful ! I really love them and the wax, well I usually just wipe it of with a bit of cotton and then put a fixative spray on, so far that seems to work - it hasn't come back yet...

Same here, but I read in a book that it messes up the pigments. Never had that happen but now I'm super paranoid haha! I'd buy the Caran d' Ache Pablo set but I don't have an extra kidney to sell haha! The Pablos are oil based so no wax bloom, but they are soft.

Yes they are very expensive. Worth it though because they last a bit longer than wax pencils as they you don't need to sharpen them as much.

I don't know them at all - I started out with Karismas (now called Prismacolors) and stuck with them, probably because I'm used to their softness, which I really love
I hope you'll be able to get them soon - maybe for Christmas

I would so like to have one of those as well They are very expensive though and even besides the price of the board, with shipping and taxes, to have it sent here from the US... I don't even want to think of the additional costs - then again, it will probably still be cheaper than to fly to the US to buy one
