Beautiful gallery! I'm learning more about photography...do you use some kind of filter to give your pictures that light and soft look?

Thank you so very much. For the light I just look around my surroundings and photograph the best light I can capture. I also photograph a lot around sunset and sunrise, the magic hours. I do use curves, vibrance and sometimes selective colour on photoshop to give my colours more punch. I use Lightroom a lot too. Some photographs, to give them a soft feel, I duplicate the original photograph on a new layer, use gaussian blur and then set the transparency low. I use a mask layer to bring back details. That gives the photo a really soft feel. I did that in Sleep little sweetie . I also sometimes change the black hues to a milder colour with selective colour. You go to the black option and change the black to the colour you prefer. With curves I also have some settings to make the photo look softer. I made a matte curve and sweet curve to soften photos. If you play around with the curves setting in photoshop you can get some lovely photo effects.
