# About me

My name is Genevieve (Genny for short), I'm 20 years old and live in Canada.
So I've been drawing since I was 11 years old. I've only gotten better in my own opinion.
As of late I find myself busier and busier with daily life. So I've decided to upload some of my traditional art as I don't have time to digitally draw things anymore like I used to.
I am no stranger to DeviantArt and I am in no way associated with any fandom.
I hope to upload something weekly but if not it's because I'm busy. I may be uploading from traditional art, to digital (rarely) to photos!
But other than that I am a friendly, personable lady and I don't bite.
I will also gladly roleplay if asked to ^^

I assume you live in Quebec because you have a french name? Genevieve. 
Or maybe not. Maybe I'm wrong.

Half the family on my father's side is from Quebec and the other half on his side is from France directly. (Weird mix, I know) I don;t speak a word of french, though.

My father is french Canadian, lived in Ottawa as a child
And while my mother was Scottish he was all "MY KIDS WILL HAVE FRENCH NAMES".
So here I am, with my french name :3

But I'm seriously just half and half =w=
my mother is full blood scottish, first generation born in Canada
and my father is full blooded french Canadian
But I think having that many kinds of blood backgrounds can be pretty awesome
Almost unlimited as to what your family before you did

it is pretty fun looking up my family history, which I HAVE done many personal and professional projects on. 

I even have Chiefs in my family, a bank in Britain owned, named after and still run by my family, and there is a place named ater one of my ancestors in I think either Canada or the states.

I know nothing about my father's family
but my mother went through our family history on her side and we're related to the Scottish poet Robbie Burns o3o
