I realize that I put this off, but it was worth doing now that something new has come to my attention.
Apart from the Riolu and Riolu crossbreed characters you may or may not use, I am mildly curious about this new space-faring setting you have developed. Something about a space-loving school club being called to a much higher responsibility and their new career path as part of an established interplanetary Navy, if I recall correctly?

well not all my characters are Cross breed, only like 3 of them (4 if you count EWR)Β are Riolu, the rest aren't
yeah it is inspired by My Newest Friend PikaMewFR Me and him have done a Rp and are still going that i love and i wanted to create the Techno Alignment/League, And i am going to work on other factions and their roles in the story. And pretty much right, Before then There hasn't been interest in space Travel but once they developed it they do a ton of research for it. currently me and Pikamew are working on The Rp, and once we get to a certain point i will work on part 3/3 of The Techno Alignment story, and begin on What i am mostly excited to write about, Their Enemy The Pseudo Monarchy! ^^
And i will be posting the RP as a story, it is mostly just that i want to get to a certain point to where it won't entirely be a problem to start posting it :3Β

As for the prompt, I am certainly very curious about the setting, as well as what exists in such a world. From what I understand of the brief summary, following this space-faring civilization made contact with that specific group of individual then-adolescent PokΓ©mon, not only did the setting develop to where they became a minor political and military power in allegiance with this larger entity, but this "Techo-Alignment League" or something to that effect has come into conflict with another space-faring faction some time into their own expansion through the stars.
With the help of this larger, original civilization, any innovations in spaceflight that came before first contact were almost immediately supplanted by adopted
technologies. However, The TAL did have enough forethought to research and develop its own solutions knowing they would need to become self-sufficient. Not only given the resources needed to withstand the impending first military campaign, but also to ensure that they do not continue to be so reliant on the original faction that was so curiously kind as to promote them to being assets of it.

Posting the prompt as a story is understandable to a degree, and useful for first finding out about the setting after, for instance, coming across the commissioned image of TAL members Ben and Kit acting as ship captains.
Apart from some minor qualms about wordiness, a bit of unanswered questions regarding some plot details, and places where elaborating through spoken dialogue could have helped, what I have skimmed appears to be a decent enough start to the setting. If I may ask, was this prompt carried out within Discord, or elsewhere?

Well there is some things wrong and I will expand on some of the things unanswered which the faction they meet that tries to conquer the Techno alignment is where the story will expand a lot, which is why I am so excited for that time :3
Well I know it is a bit confusing but to clear it up, before the 2nd battle in space over inkares they were known as the Techno alignment. But they reformed themselves into the Techno league.
Also Kit and Ben aren't a part of them, but they don't mind helping the Techno alignment/league. And Ben and Kit do assist them when possible.
Yeah I admit part 2/3 at least was really lacking on dialogue between Lunius and Kenneth, when I get the chance I will update it to flesh it out at least. :3

Very well. Considering that my analysis was based on and took liberty in extrapolating from skimmed material, getting details wrong on my end is reasonable. Ideally you will be able to expand on the setting with each new document, starting with Part 3 of Lunius's background, a few other supplemental documents, and eventually going back to add in dialogue for certain scenes to help show not only how, but why certain decisions were made by those two individuals.
For me it was not so much confusing, but rather a case of not finding later information which clarified this due to it not being present. In skimming Part 1 of Lunius's first days as founder and commander of the Techno League, when it came time to name the faction Techno League was among the names tossed around before he decided to name it the Techno Alignment, which is still not changed by the events of Part 2. Now, while I can infer that in Part 1 he did not want his fledgling faction to be seen as a governmental power and more as a loose entity others can choose to ally themselves with and eventually join through agreement, by the end of Part 3 and the Second Battle of Inkares during the Techno Alignment-Monarchy War he either could not have his faction exist as a loosely-defined power, or felt it had come of age in staving off the Monarchy's main legion.

That said, his renaming and restructuring of the faction into a League still shows that he would rather keep member states as fully sovereign entities that opted into and act for the League and its interests of their own accord rather than centralize power and put himself in charge of the other member states. It was true during the Alignment period, and it still is now. I simply combined the two names given how one could call the faction the Technological Alignment League or TAL and still communicate the idea of it being a League with a heavy focus on technological innovation and preservation where possible.
I should have been immediately tipped off to this in only seeing specific crew insignia on Ben and Kit's uniforms and a lack of League iconography anywhere in the commissioned image, but chose to explain that through assuming either the two existed as a unit within the faction, or that they were made members of it in their close working with and being allies of the League, since a League/Confederation is comprised of fully sovereign member states with a central government presiding over them. No matter; it was a partially justifiable mistake.
The lack of spoken dialogue to help show how events played out and why they led to other linked events is a huge problem, especially in Part 2. Events are being listed as happening one after the other very quickly without much detail to show how much time passed for some, which can lead to the perception of "and then" statements without using the word. I do hope you can flesh out the work accordingly, even if the above assessment is misguided to a degree or part-specific.
Finally, if it is on Discord, is it in your personal server or elsewhere? I am increasingly curious about seeing how it plays out, if possible, and wish to get in touch there as well if it allows for this to be done.

Yeah that was more or less the point of it, and at the time as you said "he did not want his fledgling faction to be seen as a governmental power" and what I will add to part 2 is much more dialogue and that will be explained, but I will say that you're basically right, he cares about the alignment far too much and wants it to be as hidden to people outside of it's territory as possible, at least until there are allies which he shares with their high command. And the quick loss of The alignments power made him really sad for a while. And he renamed it and restructed it for the same reasons you listed, he doesn't want to make the same mistake as the monarchy.
Also the Alignment was less focused on military and more on technology explaining why they had teraform tech but also lost easily
Then again monarchy is must stronger then shown currently, and the only real reason Lunius won was through careful planning, and also his Tactical abilities. Which I will give you a good hint about something, There is more of a reason behind his tactical knowledge. ;3
Yeah it's pretty bad looking at it. But hey I have a plan, I will have this Thursday off, I'll work on fixing it that day and whatever is left will be spent of part 3 or if I need more time I would use the weekend :3

I have another idea, we will have a Channel for Rp, and One would be the story, and we set permissions to be to where only me and Pikamew's can talk there, but others can see messages and make it so people can add reactions to our messages (you know where they have the add a emote to a message thing? ) and I will tell you of his answer, it will be must easier to track it this way too ^w^
