Hello. Sorry for the late reply.
I'm not an expert on this but I don't think it's legal to use the twewy art style for another video game because that art style is by Gen Kobayashi and Tetsuya Nomura. But seriously I'm not sure. This whole copyright thing is kinda complicated. You might want to look that up first just in case.

But just for how I did the twewy art style for "It's a Date," I used Paint tool Sai. Some say that it's easier to use Illustrator for the lineart so I guess it's whatever tool you're most comfortable with. I can't really make a tutorial but I looked up some tutorials that might help you.

How to use paint tool sai: [Link]

I drew the background and characters separately.
=Characters
Lineart: [Link]

=For the bg I used vector layer.
Vector Layer: [Link] (Just the part where she does her lineart. You don't have to do the thickness and thiness part.)

=Colors
I used the bucket tool to fill in colors and then pen tool for the shades. I also used Airbrush for Neku's hair.

Change the color of the bg's lineart so that it appears lineless: [Link] (since this is a vector layer, follow *Jag - Off's comment)

Kura is Suzuna Mikan. She's a huge art/video contributor to the small twewy/SubaSeka fanbase. C: Her pixiv ID is 56712, her site is yuxyu.net/~mikan49/ww, and her NicoNico ID is 420940. She's done Rolling Girl for JoshNeku and the Mawaru Penguindrum OP for twewy.

Tumblr users have learned to credit properly. Usually people put other artists' art on the tumblr because we want to share what we found with our friends and followers. It's the same as sending links over instant messaging (given that people source properly). It's basically free advertising. Most fans are pretty good about it, though. If you ask them to remove it, they likely will.
