Ya I tried to contact them on both and hope I can find out who sold it to them I'm pretty sure it's a fake account becuse someone did the same thing a while ago I bought her from the original owner a while ago after finally getting all the information and account stuff that came with her this character has been frustrating becuse even the person who sold her to me took almost a year to get all the information for
