# About me
Relocated from my home town of the Gold Coast in 2007 to Tasmania to take on tertiary studies at the University of Tasmania. Completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2009 and BSc (hons) in 2010, specialising in Landscape Fire Ecology.Published 'Swordcallers' in 2006 through Zeus Publications and 'Swordcallers II: Hearts of Pain' in 2008 through the same publisher.
Got married in June 2012 in a medieval handfast and am now expecting my first child with my husband in June of this year.
The third instalment in the Swordcallers saga, 'Swordcallers 3; Orphans' miracle' is complete and ready to submit to publishers. These book are for young adults or anyone who just enjoys an easy-to-read medieval-age fantasy story. I also have two other stories on the way. Another fantasy medieval story, set in the same world as the Swordcallers, but on another continent and about 150 years after the final Swordcaller book finishes. The other is a historical-fiction fantasy novel set in rome-occupied britain.
My art is generally characters or scenes/landscapes from my stories, I generally draw the pics then scan and colour them in using Photoshop CS3, though sometimes i use traditional watercolour painting or similar mediums. I like a bit of photography on the side

Yeah - *shrugs* can't complain. One more week of uni as you knwo, and i'm almost half way through this stupid stats assignment. then exams then i get back into drawing x3

I'm just gonna say this cause i'm random and at a high point in my life. "If you have always been an underachiever or a 'just there' achiever and you want to go further and say 'hey world look at me!' then just see and get into the know of what you want to do and get out there." Like Dude's come on, give yourselves a chance. I only got a 'just' satisfactory mark for English in school. I'm just on two years out and i have published a novel which has already repaid its publishing cost within its first month. Miracles to happen if your heart wants it!

People these days seem to be so fussed about going to find new ways and technologies to solve the world sicknesses. All they have to do really, is look to nature and it will provide. We are beings that have come from nature, as the saying goes "animals did it first" we are just copying everything else to suit our own needs and making a mess while we do it. Why not just pull back a bit and see what is around us that can help with our problems and why are we stressed in the first place. The Key is of the Second Thought and Obserance!
