Prices start at
~20 USD for drawings
And it really depends on the rendering style you want:
Cel shaded characters rates start at $30
Full render $50 and up
Additional characters are:
+5 USD for drawings
+15 USD for cel shade and
+30 for full render
Backgrounds depend on complexity, but usually start at +10 USD.
For drawings is usually same day completion and delivery or overnight.
Cel-shaded 1-2 days
Full Render 3-5 days
We can always discuss prices based on your budget and I can do discounts for multiple commissions.

I do it with SAI or photoshop and I don't know if my tip will do it elsewhere.
