Haha yes, except muchos muchos is some sort of weird Spanish; I dabble in made up Latin languages... The rest is supposed to mean "all very well my dear! I'm a little good at Italian... no, really, I suck a lot!" In those languages you can double an adjective to emphasise it, like "small small" for "very small".
