Hi Shaleen, I am honored that you like my work! In my opinion, everyone is bornΒ with a unique talent of their own, it is only the matter of how they manifest it and make it better, and certainly losing hope is never the best solution! I have been designing for almost 6 years now, honestly I don't see myself as being talented in fashion design, also they began really ugly too! (you probably don't want to see them! haha!) What matters most is how much time and love you put in to make your pursuit worthwhile, and of course not giving up! I have 100% of faith in you, that if you work hard you will be just as great, or even better! There is only ONE condition though, never never lose hope because you have now earned yourself an expectant!Β

I am self-taught, my dear. Not particularly sure which college
in Malaysia offers better fashion course (Raffles, maybe?) butΒ
I am extremely sure that they are all expensive, which explained
why I did not get to do fashion design at the very beginning.Β
I am flattered that you like my design, sweetheart. My suggestion is
that you start designing and make sketches now! I started when I
was 16 too! You don't want to see how terrible they looked, but
it was a very fun progress nonetheless. And you can only get
better when you keep practicing! So yeah, keep designing
if it is what you like to do, do not be afraid of the illustrations
turning out unsatisfactory, keep drawing anyway and easily one day,
you will be better than me! Good luck with the wonderful pursuit!Β
