How are you doing? I've been away for some time....again, but back to the easel painting up a storm and having a blast. Just posted two new paintings in a new style. I wanted to loosen up my brushwork, so I started painting in a "Monet" impressionistic style, doing landscapes, which is all new to me. It has been so helpful and a great experience.
Hope all is well with you...off to brows your gallery to see what I've missed.

Hi Patrick! Long time no see 
I had a baby last June and since then my life has changed so much! Needless to say that I haven't been able to hold a pencil or paint a little, but now that she's almost 9 months old and goes to the kindergarten and I'm back to work, I take advantage of my little free time to crochet that is my passion too.

Hi there precious. I have been away for several years. ad bad health problems but I can say I'm healed up and doing so much better. I haven't painted for awhile but ready to jump back into it...so many ideas!!! Just wanted to say hi and that I am still alive. Good to see your work and everything you are doing with crotchet. It was my grandmother who first taught me drawing. I remember sitting in church, on the pews and she would be showing me how to draw eyes, noses, mouths and even horses. Aren't grandmothers awesome?! Muchas gracias x pasarte x mi perfil... Es realmente un honor... Sos una retratista excepcional!!! Son impresionantes tus dibujos... Te cuento q tenemos un montón de cosas en común!! Además del país de residencia, y el crochet.. yo tb dibujo un poco, e hice un tiempito de bellas artes... pero x supuesto q no a tu nivel!!! Me pasaba al dibujar q me concentraba muchísimo en la figura, super detallada pero el fondo... nunca le dí demasiada importancia... x eso encontré en los amigurumis mi expresión ideal... pura figura!!! es como dibujar o esculpir con lana y matemáticas.... y además... Freddie es mi ídolo de toda la vida!!! Te quería contar esto xq sentí cierta identificación hacia vos... Muchas gracias x tus recomendaciones, serán muy tenidas en cuenta... un abrazo grande!!
