# About me
Hi, my name is Ashton though I do go by many names. I am a crafter and have been my whole life. This has continued and I now primarily tho not exclusively make fairy wings and much that goes along with that. I love making wings and jewelry and clothing....and lots of other stuff. Most of the pictures are of designs that can be recreated unless I've sold the exclusive rights to someone which will be stated under the picture. I also take commissions but because of my heavy work and school schedule, full time on both, it sometimes takes a while to get a job finished on that note however I will do rush orders but they cost a little more not a ton but a little. All orders must be paid half down because I don't know you and preferably though PayPal so that if people don't pay I have some way of getting a hold of people. Also for cost of materials. Layaway is available just send me a message and we can work something out. Any other questions you are welcome to send me and I will happily answer to the best of my abilities.On another note. I am a Ren Fair freak...just sayin

I dabbled with origami for awhile. I loved it and have several books on animals , insects and sea shells. Nearly lost my mind trying to do the shells.LOL.
Great wings you're making! Have you tried fabric paints? They have a density that will allow them to look raised. You could do some veining with the acrylic fabric paints. Also, I'd love to see you do some spattering on the wings for color. Just put some water based paint on a brush and fling the paint on the wings, then use a different color and do the same. Before it dries use a spray bottle and spray the paint so it spreads. If you hold the wings flat , you can avoid it running and creating streaks. Let me know how it turns out, if you try it. It's an idea that just popped in my head, but I love to share ideas.
