Sorry to hear about your down day. I consider it a good day now that I look at the work you have done. I think if you are feeling bad you should look over your own portfolio, it always helps me to re-read everything and look at things I've created. Maybe it will make you feel better too.

Just be prepared to lie awake at night, staring off into the darkness, unable to get all of the imagery out of your head... :( (Sad) - :( The things this character went through really blew my mind, and showed me how jaded and cynical I'm not.

Oh--and if you do any writing of your own, you should pick up How Not To Write A Novel by H. Mittelmark. I laughed my ass off the whole way through, and it was really useful.

Thanks for the help! As for laying awake at night, don't worry about me. After reading House of Leaves and The Road (Both books I highly recommend) I think I'm immune to it. But I'll let you know if this book shakes me up :P (Lick) - :P

I loved The Road, and I'm trying to get my hands on a copy of Blood Meridian. I hear that book kind of made The Road look like Candyland, but I highly doubt that. ;) (Wink) - ;)

Really? I gotta get my hands on that. But really, if you like those kinds of books, House of Leaves is amazing. It's psychological, chilling, and it's layout is excitingly unique. If you doubt it, just turn to some random pages before writing it off. Another work by the same author is Only Revolutions, and you literally read the book like an infinity sign, and it never ends. Yay I has a book buddy now \o/
