It was a sudden inspiration to try pyrography I have only 3 work with it (one is not here yet, but I'll upload it soon), but I love it and I'm sure I'll have more later   Of course it's strange...I usually use pencil on paper and a few times paintings (I decided to paint more this year) but I hope I'll get used to pyrography, too.  

You have such a great gallery. When did you start with this medium?

Nice! Well great job so far then! Keep it up! And it looks like your skill with pencil transfers over to pyrography. I'm sure you'll get used to it after making some more!

I started pyrography back in December of 2011. But I haven't done as much lately. I didn't do much art before that but got good with it after a lot of practice, learning entirely just from that.

Itry, I try. I want to practise a lot with different  types of wood. 

I've found your youtube channel 2 months ago, your videos are absolutely inspirational. 

I thought that you started many years ago, because of your high level with this technique.

Best of luck then! I mainly use Basswood and sometimes use Baltic Birch plywood. For my miniature woodburnings I use maple apple plywood.

Yes, that's why I usually draw big(ger) pictures, miniatures are not for me to do but I love them to see.

Well it kind of just depends how often you do it. I haven't been making as many woodburnings this past year or two, but I started back in December 2011. So about 6 years now since I started. 
You can look through my gallery and then look in the info of the post to see when it was posted (which is when I made each one). I've posted 'almost' every one that I've made since I started.

Oh okay. Well now you can text me. Or I could text you. Or we could both have a standoff and see who goes first. Lol. Still waiting for that selfie you promised me a while back. I never forget about pictures... Lol ;D *sees you run away again* Oops... guess I shouldn't mention that...
Anyway, family is doing fine. Well... my grandma passed away last week. But she was 88 and wasn't doing well for a while so it was kinda expected at least rather than being a sudden thing. She didn't suffer though so that's good. Rest of my family is good though. 
Still doing website stuff with my brother. Hopefully it'll be public in a couple of months or less. 
Yeah, so much dang rain... so dark and gloomy all of the time. =0 Ewww ticks. Gross. You better come over here so you don't die. =0
