I have a BBB/RS Feng that I customized to look like 2D.
There is a 2D doll out there with a head based off of the stylo video CG.

--Well, the webcam is a bit of a joke. I think the doll's face sculpt looks like he's a bit of a lecher, so I animated the eyebrow to hilarious ends.
